“Seminar Project: Developing Strategies, Policies, and Action Plans for Operational Excellence”

The Department of Industrial and Management Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, organized the seminar project titled “Developing Strategies, Policies, and Action Plans for Operational Excellence” during April 22–23, 2025, at Tree Tara Resort Hotel, Samut Songkhram Province. Mr. Nantachai Wongpatiwet, a distinguished guest speaker, was invited to deliver a lecture on “Strategic Planning and Action Plan Development Towards Digital Transformation.”
